Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. This includes:

  • North Island (all regions)
  • South Island (all regions)
  • Stewart Island
  • Chatham Islands

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside New Zealand, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options.

2. Shipping Methods

We use New Zealand Post (NZ Post) for all deliveries. Shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (free for all orders)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand, regardless of order value.

Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee of NZD $15.00. Express shipping orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed:

  • Before 2:00 PM on a business day: Usually dispatched the same day
  • After 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays: Dispatched the next business day

During peak periods (such as holiday seasons), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will be notified if there are any delays.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location:

  • Metropolitan areas (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch): 1-3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3-5 business days
  • Rural areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, public holidays, and remote locations may affect delivery times.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package on the NZ Post website
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at community@inventorywydeale.world. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • NZ Post will leave a card with instructions for collection
  • Your package will be held at the nearest NZ Post depot for collection
  • You have 10 business days to collect your package
  • If uncollected, the package will be returned to us

If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at community@inventorywydeale.world
  • Provide photos of any damage (if applicable)
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund
  • We will cover all costs associated with replacement or refund

Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

10. Rural Delivery

For rural addresses, NZ Post may use Rural Delivery services. Delivery times may be longer for rural addresses. If you have a PO Box, please use that address for faster delivery.

11. Public Holidays

We do not process or dispatch orders on New Zealand public holidays. Public holidays include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Waitangi Day (6 February)
  • Good Friday and Easter Monday
  • ANZAC Day (25 April)
  • Queen's Birthday (first Monday in June)
  • Labour Day (fourth Monday in October)
  • Christmas Day and Boxing Day
  • Regional anniversary days
